Flowmation delivers training and primary support at our clients' sites. Your users will find the content and business process familiar and intuitive, because we collaborated with brewery and winery personnel to design systems tailored to all areas of your industry, from operators to brew masters, winemakers and finance staff.
In addition to the initial onsite support, we give users access to online training manuals and videos with step by step guidance on important business tasks. Flowmation also provides telephone support and system reviews. Typically, users are comfortable and proficient using the system within one to three weeks.
